AML & KYC Policy

Before your first payout you must verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID and, where requested, a proof of address dated within the last three months.

The verified name must match the account holder and the payout recipient. We do not pay third parties.

We screen customers against applicable sanctions lists and do not provide services to residents or nationals of comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.

If a screening match is confirmed, the account is closed, the fee is refunded where legally permitted, and no payout is made.

Challenge fees must be paid from a payment method in your own name. We monitor for patterns consistent with abuse, including coordinated multi-account activity, unusual payment behaviour and structuring.

Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authority where required. Verification records and transaction history are retained for at least five years.

We may be legally prohibited from telling you that a report has been made.

Where a customer is identified as a politically exposed person or a close associate, enhanced checks and senior approval apply before any payout is released.
